The Journey to Simply Nourished
I’ve always had a deep connection to food. From a young age, I loved cooking and would spend hours experimenting with recipes and learning about food. But alongside that love of food, I also struggled with my body image and developed an unhealthy relationship with eating. For many years, I found myself caught in cycles of restriction and dieting, constantly trying to change my body. It wasn’t until I began to heal my relationship with food and my body that I began to recognise the wider challenges women face in navigating nutrition in a culture that often promotes restriction and quick fixes. That experience shaped the way I practice today. I’m passionate about helping women step away from dieting and instead learn how to nourish their bodies in a way that supports energy, balance, and long-term wellbeing. My approach is grounded in real food, sustainable habits, and creating a way of eating that allows your body to truly flourish.
